Bayside Shopping Centre
Bayside Shopping Centre is a mixed use development consisting of retail, offices, gym, creche and residential units. Dowd Energy & Engineering provided M&E engineering and BER services for fitouts in the Centra and Medical Centre units. We also provided M&E and BER inputs for the refurbishment of the existing retail units in Grimes building. The M&E design covered heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water services, lighting, fire alarm, power, data and security services installation.
Supervalu Kilcock
Supervalu Kilcock is a new build Supervalu and Dowd Energy & Engineering provided the M&E Engineering services for the fitout part of the project. The M&E design covered heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water services, lighting, fire alarm, power, data and security services installation. The project included sustainable measures including rainwater harvesting and a hot water exhaust air heat pump.
Greenhills Shopping Centre
Greenhills Shopping Centre is a mixed use development consisting of retail and residential units. Dowd Energy & Engineering provided M&E engineering services for the anchor tenant, Centra. The M&E design covered ventilation, air conditioning, water services, lighting, fire alarm, power, data and security services installation.
Kilcoole GAA Floodlights
Kilcoole GAA Floodlight works included the provision of 20 metre high lighting columns to illuminate the main pitch and also illuminate the training areas to the side of the pitch. The lighting columns are powered from a diesel generator. Dowd Energy & Engineering providing planning application, tender documents and site supervision inputs for the project.
Whitewater House
Whitewater House is an industrial building that was refurbished to provide a modern and comfortable headquarters for a water treatment company called Whitewater. Dowd Energy & Engineering provided M&E engineering services that include designing the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water services, lighting, fire alarm, power, data and security services installation.
